How do you get people to eat more butter? By getting them to bake more cakes. That’s the logical behind Lurpak (a European butter company)’s newest campaign to sell more of their golden sticks of sin. I’m not kidding.

They’ve launched a new “Bake Club” online to encourage their customers to share recipes, photos of their final dishes, and stories about baking. If you’re up for a challenge this weekend, check out the Bake Club. The only thing harder than getting your souffle to stay up may be finding a stick of Lurpak this side of the Atlantic.
